Exhibitor’s Guide

Important information and dates

eShop is the exhibitor’s most important tool! Through eShop you can handle orders and all other tasks related to your trade fair participation quickly and easily.


Registration steps:

  1. Go to https://eshop.expomark.fi/registration
  2. Fill in the required details on the form. Use the same email address that was used when registering your participation in the event.
  3. After registering, you will receive an email. Confirm your user account by clicking the confirmation link in the message.
  4. Your account will be activated.
  5. Once you have confirmed your account, you can log in from the front page at https://eshop.expomark.fi/
  6. After logging in, you will see your upcoming event participations on the front page. Select your participation to start managing your trade fair preparations.


NOTE! Initially, only the contact person your company has registered will have access to eShop. However, access rights can be shared with colleagues or contractors in the workspace under Add users. Once a person has been added, they will receive an email with instructions for registering.

Tuesday 8 September 2026

Exhibitor set-up time: 7:00–9:00
Event open: 9:00–17:00
Stand dismantling: 17:00–19:00

NOTE! Dismantling may only begin after the event closes at 17:00.

  • Update your company profile in eShop. This can be done at any time, but we recommend doing it well in advance to make the most of your visibility.
  • Check your billing details in the order confirmation and report any corrections to asiakaspalvelu@expomark.fi
  • Let your customers know you’ll be at the event and send eInvitations through eShop!
  • Send access passes to your stand staff.

Price increases:

  • 19 Aug 2026 – prices increase by 30%
  • 26 Aug 2026 – prices increase by 50%
  • 1 Sep 2026 – prices increase by 100%

Scammers tend to become more active as the event approaches. Some of you may have already received messages offering the event’s visitor register for sale. We do not sell visitor data, so such messages are fraudulent. Do not reply and delete the message. These requests imply that the senders are working in cooperation with Expomark or the event in question — we do not cooperate with any external parties regarding directories or visitor registers.

Beware of Scam Directories

So-called directory scammers, who engage in misleading trade fair directory marketing, tend to become more active as events approach. Some operators of paid online directories also target Expomark’s customers, primarily for financial gain.

Scammers typically send misleading contracts by post or email. The letter or form may be disguised as a pre-filled information request offering to list your company’s details in a directory, giving the impression that the service is free. The binding nature of the contract and its cost are buried deep within the terms and conditions.

Some of our exhibitors have also been contacted by phone and charged for “old unpaid invoices.” You can always verify your billing status with Expomark’s customer service.

There are also companies attempting to sell event visitor registers. We do not sell visitor data, so any such messages are fraudulent.

Information request letters and forms imply that the directory operators are working in cooperation with Expomark or the event in question. You can easily verify the event’s official partners on the event website. We do not cooperate with any external parties regarding directories or visitor registers.

Communication and marketing

The eInvitation for professionals allows you to send an invitation to hundreds of customers at once — easily, sustainably, and free of charge. You can include a personal greeting and company images. The eInvitation directs your customers to register as event visitors free of charge.


eInvitations can conveniently be sent through eShop.

All exhibitors taking part in the event are published on the event website.


The listing shows the company name you provided when confirming your participation. If you wish to change your display name, you can do so easily in eShop under Market your participation.


In addition to the display name, you can easily upload your company logo, a link to your website, and other information you want to share with visitors (videos/images). Please make sure to fill in all the relevant details about your company so that visitors can get to know the participating companies.

Getting started:

  1. Download the Events Pro app from Google Play or the App Store (official name: EventsPRO Messukeskus&Expomark)
  2. Log in to the Events PRO platform – 6 weeks before the event via the email sent to exhibitors and visitors. The message contains a personal login code. Emails are sent to event contact persons and those who have ordered exhibitor access passes.
  3. Activate the matchmaking feature — complete your profile with interests and goals. Reach the right visitors — Events Pro powered by Brella AI Matchmaking helps you connect with participants who are interested in your products or services.
  4. Get to know potential customers in advance and book meetings — browse recommended contacts and send meeting requests. Meetings can be arranged at your stand or at the Meeting Point.
  5. Efficient lead collection — QR code scanning makes it easy to save contact information and generate reports. Lead collection is possible with the app downloaded from the app store (Google Play / Apple Store). Events PRO also works via a web browser, but QR scanning at your stand will not be available in that case.
  6. Create your personal schedule — browse the event programme, mark your favourite sessions, and give feedback after the event.

Use the event’s logos and banners in your own marketing channels!

Remember to announce your participation and any new products you’ll be showcasing, in your own marketing and communication channels such as social media. You can use the event’s logos, banners, and images to promote your participation.


Follow us on social media too — tag the event in your posts!

Remember to actively contact journalists and influencers and invite them to your stand. Publish press releases through eShop under Market your participation. Press releases are published online in the event’s newsroom.

During the event

The exhibition office serves exhibitors on the event day from 7:00 to 17:00.

Stop by for information and assistance with any questions you may have.

Register your stand staff in advance. You can print your access pass upon arrival at the event by presenting your QR code.


Access passes via eShop.

Café services at the Vaasa City Hall are provided by Café Maestro. Open 7:30–17:00.

You can send goods to the fair in advance to the Vaasa City Hall address:

Earliest delivery date: Friday 4 September. Mark the exhibitor’s name on the shipment.

Several lunch venues can be found near the Vaasa City Hall (approx. 200 m away).
