Sallatunturin Tuvat is a family company in Eastern border of Finnish Lapland, in the middle of nowhere. Sallatunturin Tuvat has 64 comfy cottages located in the heart of Salla ski and holiday resort. Local cuisine and the real taste of Lapland are the highlights of our restaurant Kiela. Our own company Arctic Cirle Safaris organizes snowmobile safaris tailored to your needs.

Sallatunturi is a comfortably small holiday village, with all important services within walking distance.
Explore the wilderness with Arctic Circle Safaris
Our own safari company will take care of everything – warm outdoor gear, guides and food. All of our snowmobiles are environment-friendly, new four-strokers, carefully chosen for safari use. We have wide range of snowmobile safaris, from 2 hours up to 3 day safaris.
Summer in the middle of nowhere
Salla has a lot of wonderful and varied cycling trails. Our company rent city bikes, mountain bikes and fatbikes during summer and autumn. Salla will have its’ own national park 2022, rent a bike and explore the area.

Sallatunturin Tuvat is a family business priding ourselves in promoting our core values which are locality, authenticity and respecting nature.
Locality refers to our local staff and local food, as well as Lappish products and selected Finnish design in our modest souvenir shop. Authenticity means being true to ourselves and honest, straightforward Lappish – that’s what we are.
